It fail as below messages:

U-Boot SPL 2021.07-rc1-00218-g468b3b3 (May 10 2021 - 15:13:03 +0800)
Trying to boot from RAM
alloc space exhausted
Could not get FIT buffer of 499076 bytes
        check CONFIG_SYS_SPL_MALLOC_SIZE
No device tree specified in SPL image
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###
