I intend to keep this "CONFIG_SYS_ARM_WITHOUT_RELOC" feature for a full release cycle. Early in the next branch for the following release it will be removed. Any boards that are not yet converted then will break. If the breakage does not get fixed by board maintainers or interested users, we will remove these obviously unmaintained boards, then.
