struct efi_load_option is nothing that is defined in the UEFI spec but a U-Boot specific structure (it is not the same as EFI_LOAD_OPTION). The constants are defined in the UEFI spec. To my understanding we are using efi_loader only for U-Boot specific stuff up to now.
