[U-Boot] Getting issue while building u-boot with the revision v2018.01 for armv8.

I am getting the following error message when I configure u-boot to
vexpress_aemv8a_dram_defconfig.

I am using toolchain arm-none-eabi-gcc version 6.3.1.
