You may (or may not have noticed) that we have reorganized the custodians for ARM systems in the meantime. By now, Tom Rix is the responsible custodian who is supposed to pick up this patch (assuming there are no pending review comments for it). AFAIK, Tom is on vacation this week, and I'm not sure if he has network connectivity and/or time to work on this.
