[1] clock driver: https://lkml.org/lkml/2016/1/7/764 [0] clock binding: https://lkml.org/lkml/2016/1/7/762 Please note clock driver in Linux kernel is implemented in more elaborate/descriptive way - all the sub-modules are individually defined in device-tree (having "#clock-cells = <0>") and their phandles are directly referred in clock clients so there was no need of having dt-binding header.
