Changes for V2:
- Correct pfuze device name to pfuze3000; Freescale documentation uses
Pfuze 3000 as product name for the pmic, align driver name with the
   actual product name.

How this driver is related to this work:

https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/503337/

the mentioned above supports all pfuze 100/200/3000 versions, so
maybe you can wait for it to be finished and merged?

The work I am doing now is to support all the current pfuze100/200/3000
using driver model with device tree support. It depends on device tree
support and new power framework support.

The patch from Adrian is using original power framework. If using the new power
framework support for pfuze100/200/3000 and regulator support, device tree
will need to be added to mx7dsabresd board. This may delay i.MX7 upstream,
and needs lots work to redo current patchset.
When the patchset from Adrian for i.MX7 and 7dsabresd is upstreamed,
I can prepare to convert to support device tree and enable new power
framework and regulator. So I prefer this patch can be merged first.

Peng.

Thank you for explanation.
Ok, I agree with your idea - we can remove it later.
