Commit 2e07c249a67e055db294818ff063d502d15db0f8 (kconfig: arm: introduce symbol for ARM CPUs) touched lots of ARM Kconfigs. I recommend ARM SoC custodians synchronize their repos with u-boot/master. Otherwise, you may have to resolve conflicts lator.
