Ummm... because you are listed as the board maintainer? Either you accept your responsibility for your code and maintain it, or you decide the board is not needed any more and should be removed, then it is your responsibility to submit a patch to remove it. Your fire-and-forget attitude (first I get this into mainline as long as it makes sense for me; when I lose interest I just go away and leave the dirty work to others) is not exactly in line with community spirit. I think you are on thin ice here - first neglecting your responsibi- lities as a board maintainer, and then complaining that the board is not in the state you think it should be, expresses a *lot* of ignorance.
