Hmm... I have sent out my pull request and I don't plan any before
release now; even if I picked it up, I'd have to PR to Tom for it to
go into 2013.07 -- if Tom agrees. And if he agrees, then it is quicker
that Tom pick it up directly. This is, after all, a simple rename of a
documentation file, with zero impact on functionality.
