Das Problem ist gelöst:
Eine frische Installation von TYPO3 (6.2.17 oder 7.6.2) + Introduction Package
(2.2.3) funktioniert offenbar deshalb nicht korrekt, weil sie RealURL 2.0.0
(alpha) enthält.
Abhilfe: Frische Installation von TYPO3, dann RealURL installieren. Man bekommt
so RealURL 1.13.5 (stable). Installiert man jetzt Introduction Package (2.2.3),
wird kein neueres RealURL nachinstalliert und alles funktioniert ordnungsgemäß,
auch bei Installation in einem Unterverzeichnis der DocumentRoot.

Einschränkung: fast alles funktioniert. Bei einer Installation ins Unterverzeichnis
"introduction" hat die Startseite die URL localhost/introduction/. Es werden
aber Links auf die (nicht vorhandene!) Seite localhost/introduction/introduction/ erzeugt.
