Hallo Nicole,
der Pfad ist schon ok. Auf dem Entwicklungssystem funktioniert alles,
nur auf dem System des Kunden nicht mehr. Das Formular wird noch
angezeigt, aber nach dem Abschicken kommt dann die Fehlermeldung.
Ich habe mal das Debugging aktiviert.
Beim Aufruf des Formulars erscheint:
Aktueller Step: 1
Höchster Subparts im Template (Anzahl der Steps): 1
Verwende Prefix für Formularwerte: "contact"
Verwende View "Tx_Formhandler_View_Form"
Die aktuellen GET/POST-Parameter:
Leere Parameter in der Session
Die aktuellen Werte in der Session:
Verwende Subpart "###TEMPLATE_FORM1###"!
Rufe Klasse "Tx_Formhandler_Interceptor_Filtreatment" auf!
Wenn ich das Formular abschicke, kommt dann:

Die Tests auf Vorhandensein der Template-Datei schlagen also nicht fehl,
aber $this->subparts['template'] ist leer.
Das Formular ist rein über TypoScript mit
plugin.Tx_Formhandler.settings.predef definiert.

(Backend-)Templates nicht geladen werden...
Hast du mal den Pfad überprüft, in dem das Template liegen soll?

Betreff: [TYPO3-german] Problem mit chroot-Umgebungen und formhandler
Hallo zusammen,
ich bin gerade auf ein Problem mit formhandler gestoßen. Ein Kunde, bei dem
die Extension eingesetzt wird, betreibt Apache und PHP in getrennten
chroot-Umgebungen.
Das Formular an sich wird korrekt angezeigt, aber beim Absenden - also wohl
beim Lesen der Templates für die zu generierende Mail - kommt es zu einer
"Template-Datei nicht gefunden"-Exception.
Formhandler verwendet zur Ermittlung des TYPO3 Root-Verzeichnisses
SCRIPT_FILENAME. Hier scheint mir der Hase im Pfeffer zu liegen, da diese
Variable den Pfad in der Apache-Umgebung enthält, die ja nicht mit der von
PHP übereinstimmt.
Jemand eine Idee, wie man das elegant und ohne dirty hacks lösen kann?
