one part during the "replace the dinosaur" game (aka. typo3.org relaunch), which was unfortunately forgotten was that the TER mirrors cannot sync anymore. The shorthand solution by modifying the mirrors.xml file [1] for which we decided today does unfortunately not work out, as the (new) Extension Manager keeps remembering the previous choice / url (? wasn't able to figure out, how it really works). It seems like this functionality was only made to add new mirrors, but not to remove any. Therefore I suggest you to manually select the "TYPO3.org Main Repository", which is the one, which *is* up to date. To resolve this problem, I will start going the long way of * setting up a server on ter.typo3.org, which becomes the new "Main Repository" and syncs contents from typo3.org itself * create account on that server for the mirror sponsors * ask them to adjust their rsync host names (as they pull from us). I expect the mirrors to come up to date during next week. Sorry for the trouble!
