nein. Natürlich sollte die Kollation zum charset passen.
Für deutsch gibt es immer wieder das Problem, das utf8_general_ci die
Umlaute anders sortiert als wir es gewohnt sind. Da benötigt man
hässlich Workarounds. Wäre schön, wenn es endlich eine deutsche utf8
Kollation gäbe.
