I tried mycertificate with the OverbyteIcsSslWebServ demo :
* httpserver responding
* sslhttpserver not responding
* sslhandshake failed

Configuration :_
* Write to log file : ON
* Display header : ON
* Display SSL info : ON
* ICS logger.logoptions := [loSslErr,loSslInfo,loSslDump];
If anything help to understand......
