Yes I saw that in IIS7. Yet when I select 192.168.2.4, it still grabs all IPs. I know it's strange but I believe that has something to do with IIS HTTP engine being kernel mode.
I: - shut down IIS - install ICS code on 127.0.0.1 (so far so good) - tried to run IIS on 192.168.2.4 and it failed. I think you should try/experience the same before replying.
