Hello,

One computer has 1 nic with 3 IPs. IIS is supposed to answer only one IP and 
the rest should be taken care by other servers. Sorry for the confusion.

Could you be more specific:
* Is only one machine answering all of the IP's?
* If not are 3 machines answering one IP?
* Is IIS supposed to answer to all IP's or just one of them?

As François noted there can only be one server listening to one
IP/Port since the OS could not determine to what server it would give
the incoming connection otherwise.
