I think it is good. It is much faster and stable than D2K5. Actually it works very well for developping ICS. It is promising. It's a little bit too early to have a definitive opinion, but up to now it is very good ! There is already an update out. But it is not the place to discuss the benefits and pitfall of Delphi 2006.
