I don't think these decisions can be made at the last minute, can they? I would think they would lock down the contracts back in April or May. And what does it mean that "Judge Judy" is going away and "Judy Justice" is coming next year? This is kind of curious. This would mean the local Sinclair station would get "Ellen." Or maybe the show would go to a UHF channel.
