College Gameday yesterday featured a nine-minute segment (an eternity in US television outside of 60 Minutes) on systemic racism and how it affected college sports. After the segment, Rece Davis went around the metaphorical horn to get reactions. He ended it with Herbstreit, who had what I can only describe as an authentic moment when the synapses fire for that first time.
