It’s two different things. A racist comment is different than an offensive joke. And Trump, who has uttered more racist and offensive things than any president since Andrew Jackson (Nixon is a choirboy by comparison) doesn’t get to take offense. He’s not allowed to take offense if somebody spits in his face or knees him in the area where his balls would be if he had any. The White House as an entity can condemn Bee’s words... funny thing is I don’t see anybody of note supporting them... but this is just what the GOP wanted.
