Except the Jimmys have all attempted more serious political segments in the
past (this Jimmy led the fight against repealing Obamacare). I also don’t
care about Trump and a porn star, nor do I think it has the same import as
Trump trying to deny access to health care to millions of Americans. If
Kimmel is going to take a stand against somebody, he shouldn’t be
conducting fluff interviews with the guy’s mistress. If his only defense
for doing so is that his show is not a news program, that’s not actually a
defense.
