I'd gone to several fairs held at Hoboken Terminal in the late 90s and early 00s... rail memorabilia of all sorts for sale, music, tours of new and old train cars, and food... they'd been continually renovating the place, adding the light-rail stop, working on reviving the original ferry slips, replacing those painful waiting room benches... about 8:30 east this morning one train "just didn't stop", getting all the way into one of the waiting areas and reportedly demolishing a popular vendor stand... casualties are considerable, at least one dead...
