What i meant to say that NBC didn't preempt "Santa Barbara" for Seoul but the time difference played a role in that, and that was around the time of Eden's rape. Eden's rape on "Santa Barbara"(that had me scared), Janet Evans listening to the anthem during one of her medal ceremonies, the Ben Johnson scandal and a few other things is what i remember from watching NBC during September-early October 88.
