Which in Chicago would in two-digit land, where both NBCSN (as OLN) and
Golf migrated from the digital tier some time ago.  When Bloomberg recently
complained, they got moved down in Chicago (while still in three-digit
land).  Unfortunately for Tennis, the only place they can be put in is in
the 90s with QVC, C-SPAN and TVGN (and Weather Channel).
