Thanks Mr Daniel,

I see the different files of PulseAudio, it's possible on the upgrading weren't 
downloaded all the packages files, because I get the latest version of the 
files and they are less than the previous version. 
One CLEAN installation of an ISO images will correct the problem.

  After upgrading to 20.04 from 18.04, I cannot hear anything, music and videos.
  In Settings/Sound "System Volume" and "Volume Levels" are OK, I can decrease 
and increase the volume, but I don't hear anything. Only "Input Volume" has the 
Speaker icon a cross, but I can increase and decrease the level.
