Title:
With Mir - When an app is closed next app on 'Recent apps' opens

Status in unity-mir:
  Fix Released
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Only reproduced with Mir enabled

  TEST CASE:
  1. Switch to the applications scope and from the 'Installed' category launch
the applications: Calculator, Calendar, Camera and Clock (wait until the
application is rendered before launching next)
  2. Switch back to the application scope and verify that the 4 applications
are listed in 'Recent apps'
  3. Long press on the thumbnail of the 1rst app (it should be Clock) to reveal
the 'Close' button
  4. Tap 'Clock' thumbnail to close the clock application and wait a few seconds

  EXPECTED RESULT
Application scope is still active and focused and user can do other actions
on this scope

  ACTUAL RESULT:
Next application on the list opens (in this case 'Camera') after 2 seconds or
so, sometimes, next application on the list opens immediately.
