Sorry. I found the infrastructure page wiki. Answered part of my own question. And, reading the discussion, it's clear that this is not to provide a space in which we can have our students experiment with infrastructure. The tenor of the discussion was "they should do everything in the community." Or, if you prefer, it is not clear to me who 1. the users of the TOS infrastructure are, and 2. what they will be able to do, regardless 3. of what their needs might be.
