This was originally a promised email to Bilal, but I thought others might be interested in it as well.
I promised to send Bilal the current materials we have for POSSE marketing (info sessions at universities, etc) because he's now interested in doing one in California (Karsten take note!) http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/POSSE_program_design#Marketing We have very little, and what we have needs a lot of love. We had some great discussions in Doha as to what the bugs were, but we haven't really turned those into a better next iteration of the materials (although these conversations are necessary for making that better next iteration - basically, work in progress!) What's the path forward on this? SIGCSE (start of March) is the next big public release milestone for these materials, so they should be Totally Awesome before then. So I'd like to find a customer (or two or three or more) who'll give us a due date in early/mid Feb for an intermediate revision, and feedback on that revision.
