During testing I noticed the TortoiseSVN icons are not showing up on the folders, while they do when I check out in a folder that is not linked to OneDrive. I am working on Windows 11 and currently run TortoiseSVN 1.14.3, Build 29387 - 64 Bit. I have already tried removing the OneDrive overlay icons from the registry and adding leading spaces to the Tortoise icons, rebooting, and TortoiseSVN clean up option to refresh shell overlays. Is this a known issue for current versions of OneDrive? Does anyone have experience with the current version of TortoiseSVN and OneDrive? To me it looks like OneDrive is completely blocking any overlay icons in OneDrive folders since they have implemented the Status column in the Explorer instead of the OneDrive overlay icons. Short answer: Don't store the working copy on OneDrive. There are also some indications that OneDrive will not sync the .svn folder at all, in which case the folder will not be treated as a working copy at all (except on the computer where it was originally checked out).
