Joseph, are you implying that the folder is under your one drive?  I got
burned by some Windows update that re-arranged the default folders.
Tortoise does not play well with network drives plus tossing in MS'
nonsense...

Try and check the project out to a local folder on your local harddrive.
See what happens then.
