Job Title: (Contract Lifecycle Management) CLM Organization Change Manager

Visa -GC, USC

Location – Columbus OH – happy to have a local candidate -ok for remote as well.

Duration – 10 + months



Job Summary:

  *   The CLM Organization Change Manager will be responsible for managing the 
change management process for the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle 
Management (CLM) system within an organization.
  *   The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop 
and implement a change management strategy that ensures the successful adoption 
of the CLM system.
  *   The role requires strong change management skills, experience in 
implementing CLM, and excellent communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:



  *   Develop and implement a change management strategy for the implementation 
of the CLM system.
  *   Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the organizational impact of the 
CLM system and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  *   Develop and implement a communication plan that ensures stakeholders are 
informed of the changes and their roles and responsibilities in the new system.
  *   Develop and deliver training programs that prepare stakeholders for the 
new system.
  *   Develop and implement a reinforcement plan that supports sustained 
adoption of the new system.
  *   Manage resistance to change and provide coaching to stakeholders to 
ensure that they are able to adapt to the new system.
  *   Ensure that the change management process is integrated into the overall 
project plan and is executed on time and within budget.
  *   Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness 
of the change management process.
  *   Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on 
the progress of the change management process.



Qualifications:

  *   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or 
organizational development.
  *   Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, preferably with 
experience in implementing CLM.
  *   Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  *   Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams 
and business stakeholders.
  *   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  *   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  *   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks 
effectively.
  *   Change management certification such as Prosci is preferred.
