Duration – 10 + months Job Summary: * The iCertis CLM Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution for clients. * The successful candidate will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's requirements. * The role requires strong project management skills, experience in implementing iCertis CLM, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end implementation of iCertis CLM for clients, including project planning, scoping, and delivery. * Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the solution meets their needs. * Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Manage project resources, including internal and external teams. * Ensure that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget. * Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and clients to ensure that the project is on track. * Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the client and internal stakeholders. * Work with the iCertis technical team to ensure that the solution is configured and customized to meet the client's requirements. * Manage the testing and deployment of the solution. * Provide training and support to clients as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in implementing iCertis CLM. * Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. * Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.
