I assume you checked for nightly builds in
https://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/

Build logs fail with an error message about missing disk space:

[exec] C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows
Kits\10\Include\10.0.22000.0\cppwinrt\winrt\impl\Windows.ApplicationModel.Activation.1.h(308,6):

fatal error C1088: Cannot flush compiler intermediate file:
'C:\Users\wandisco\AppData\Local\Temp\_CL_bac5f29dex': *No space left on
device *
[C:\TSVN\tortoisesvn\src\TortoiseSVNSetup\CustomActions\CustomActions11.vcxproj]

Can someone reach out to the people at Wandisco?

Kind regards,
Daniel
