I'm not sure where else to post this. I couldn't find any way to contact the person who maintains the site at tortoisesvn.net.
The Tortoise SVN docs on this page state that Visual SVN does not work with free versions of Visual Studio https://tortoisesvn.net/visualstudio.html That has not been true for a long time. I've been using VisualSVN with Visual Studio Community for several versions now. I realize the page is dated from 2012 but whoever is responsible for the page should probably update it.
