using version 1.12.0, Build 28568 Auto update does not stop despite having the following items configured in the environment: 1. HKCU\Software\TortiseSVN\VersionCheck value is to 0
2. VersionCheck in the Settings to false and the OldVersionCheck to true (to try to force a popup box to appear asking whether to upgrade or not.) and uninstalled and reinstalled the older version and it still auto updates to the latest version. Running into errors and timeouts with large repos using the newer version.
