I just checked: That program calls "c:\program files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe" which happens to be TortoiseSVN 1.10.1.
it passes parameters to copy a branch in the remote repository: /command:copy /path:<LocalPath> /url:https://<UrlOfANewTag> And it's the "Copy Finished" dialog which plays a sound. As I said, I have disabled all Windows Sounds. So where does this sound come from?
