Hi, The places menu showing those things is indeed a bug. I will need to update the menus manually for the user. Thanks for pointing this out!
I did not address fixing the 'installed' ToriOS yet, so gksu issue is still there. Oh, also, the pop-up that says 'Exit JWM, Are you sure?' is a built in dialog.... I am not sure the text can be changed.
