Just uploaded the latest manual so please git pull in the usual way I have cracked 1 big thing tonight, getting the bibliography working, if you look at the first part of the manual at the bit about ToriOS you will see a number in [] click on this and you get taken to a page with a list of references on, where you will find a link to the ToriOS website. I can put the entries at the back in any order as latex doesn't look at the numbers each references has a key and this key is cited in the text, so once its all done we can put the end entries in some sort of order (e.g alphabetical) Anyway the whole manual took one huge step forard in the light of this do we need to keep the tables for url references and pdf references, i would think NOT as the way i have done the above allows direct linking rather than linking to that one page and expect users to find the right entry in the table.
