It does not. If you look back to the original string, it also always includes the guard name right after that. If that name is unfamiliar to you, then how can you assume that this must be something that you have thought up, created or are responsible for. Only if you have too much free time and specifically look for things to be "confused" about. Moreover, if you know a few basic things about Tor, you would know what a Guard is and what's their place and role in your connection to the Tor network.
