Hi, I propose to apply pending bugzilla 4.1 patches and issue a 4.1.31 release. The existance of unreleased committed fixes, unapplied patches, and multiple requests for 4.1.31 on tomcat-dev clearly represent an interest in a maintenance relase of 4.1.31. I volunteer to be the RM for this release.
