Of course there are commercial products for this, but tomcat has just been a very good companion to IIS in our systems. So I hope that someone maintains some kind of solution for IIS integration.
Well for IIS users could still use jk 1.2.x but this one will be no more activly maintened.
We'll produce an ajp library, requiring APR.
And if someone with good IIS knowledge want to use it to link IIS/Tomcat, we could still add the IIS support in jakarta-tomcat-connectors.
