What I propose is: 'imagine a TC as a virtual file system'
So, you can 'apr_vfopen(TC/sever, ....)' like opening a file.

You could for examle:

Jk3Mount /*.jsp

and have smewhere something like:

<mapping "*.jsp">
   <server name="1.2.3.1" factor="10%" />
</mapping> 

or:

<mapping "*.jsp">
  <balance>
     <server name="1.2.3.1" factor="10%" />
     <server name="1.2.3.2" factor="20%" />
     <server name="1.2.3.3" factor="auto" />
     <server name="1.2.3.4" factor="failover" />   
  </balance>
</mapping>
