There was a bug in the service.bat (now fixed in the CVS) caused by missing quotations. I've also updated the prunsvc so that manager gets shut down on uninstall, and -Xss now uses KB instead Bytes, so you don't need to round that yourself on the 1024 byte boundary.
Can you repack only those tree?
No.
