stdout not working when installed as windows service

True, it does work when using the Windows installer.  That's the whole point - 
it doesn't work when using the command line tool to install the service.  I 
need to script the installation, so I can't use the GUI installer.

It would be helpful to have a step-by-step HOWTO on using the command line 
tomcat.exe to install the service - perhaps I am just using it incorrectly.  

Since you say not to reopen the bug, I'll just revert to using the tomcat 4.1 
command line service installer (bin/tomcat.exe).  That one worked like a charm.
