http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26479 setAutoCommit() never set to true Summary: setAutoCommit() never set to true Product: Tomcat 4 Version: 4.1.12 Platform: All URL: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=1540 OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: Other Component: Catalina AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I am using MySQL 4.0.15 and Connector/J 3.0.9-stable. Tomcat 4.1.12 is trying to do authentication using a JDBC realm, ie. using tables in MySQL. During normal usage Connector/J seems to work fine. However, if the connection hasn't been used for a while, then when the first query happens I get one of 2 stack traces. Subsequent queries appear to work fine. This bug has been reported to MySql..
