4.1.19 Memory Leak when creating compilier for JSP pages

A) No matter what, pointers to the wrappers will be kept, as the JSP servlet
needs them.
B) Use precompilation if you want to avoid your so called memory problems.
C) If running in development, I think it is ok to restart Tomcat. Stopping and
restarting the context once in a while will likely get rid of the "wasted" memory.
C) Don't reopen the bug, there is no bug (at most, unwanted behavior which
cannot be fixed - and that I can't reporduce anyway).
