OK. I thought I'd be shut down on this one. Don't worry, I'll just have
to learn to go through all those e-mails a bit faster ;-)

You'd still have to be subscribed to the list, of course. Nothing would
really change there. The form could easily verify if you're subscribed
or not. From memory, Bugzilla requires a login as well.

Bugzilla is bug tracking system. Do you really want to track all those
user questions?

However, if Bugzilla can be used without the actual tracking facility,
why not... The whole purpose is to 'properly format' the question (ie.
version, platform, description etc.) rather then just say 'I need help,
Tomcat doesn't work'.
