I think it makes *lots* of sense to focus on the user docs first.  After
all, there's a lot more of them trying to understand this stuff than there
are developers :-).

Also, developers should be "strongly" :-) encouraged to write their own
docs about architecture and so on -- and yes, I'm definitely pointing my
finger at myself as well.
