My intention was to make sure we all agree about what
goes into 3.3, and we all agree that those changes are
not just "feature-ism", but things that will give us
a better tomcat.

Please review the list of changes - I'm willing to
undo any of them if you have good arguments or a
better solution ( or re-do everything that you like ).

Starting next week I'll start fixing bugs ( it seems
3.3 passes almost all the watchdog tests - except 1
servlet test and all taglib jsp tests - I think this
is a simple fix ). I want to also propose few name
changes ( the SessionIntercepotr-s - one to be
SessionIdInterceptor and the other
SessionStorageInterceptor), etc.

Either way I'm going to need help - for merging the
bugs from 3.2, and more importantly a review of how
the "core" will end up like - the ContextManager and
Context state and the order of calls, etc. I would
like to see the core frozen after 3.3.
